Ray’s Carpets is a family owned business with over 30 years experience in floor coverings.  The business was started in 1979 by Ray Johnson, who retired in 1994 and passed the business on to his daughter Tonya and Dave Verissimo.

Ray’s Carpets Flooring Studio joined with the MOHAWK FLOORSCAPES Program in May 2006. Our beautiful and family friendly showroom offers products from name brands like Mohawk CustomWeave, Armstrong, Tuftex by Shaw, Milliken and Mannington just to name a few.

Floorscapes offers the latest environmentally friendly products from carpets that are made using corn sugars rather than petroleum, carpets made from recycled plastic bottles, carpet pads certified with CRI Green Label and hardwoods engineered with PureBond a formaldehyde-free technology. Many products are produced using pre-consumer (post-industrial) waste - waste that would otherwise be burned or dumped in landfills.

Ray's Carpets has also expanded our business to include countertops in granite, quartz or natural stone, as well as shower walls and pans (available in slabs or tiles).
